Does what it's supposed to do, and I think it helped.

I got this to help with my neck because I've had chronic migraines since middle school.

I purchased this for my husband who refused to go to physical therapy. He is doing fabulous with it however I recommend getting a physical therapist or chiropractor to instruct in the best use for you.

this product has this thing done wonders for my neck and shoulders!!! I wish i wouldve brought this years ago.. it gets deep and pulls very well.. yes it is cheap material so just be careful..but the benefits totally beat out everything else and the price is right! Just 10mins a day. amazing product and my posture has improved.

Relatively easy to use. Comfortable.
