Use it mainly for basketball to prevent injuries or support sore knees.

The compression on the knee provided some immediate relief for a torn meniscus, and the brace allowed me to continue to workout. The snug fit makes it better than any other brace I've used and the latex does stretch a bit with use making it more comfortable.

This helped to settle things down! It has just enough support in the correct places and does not restrict movement, helps in all the correct areas to get over the hump of stability from weakened muscles. I am pleased, and has helped with my confidence for the longer runs.
