Easy to put together and install. Easy to use and does work quite well.

It works. Pretty easy to use once you figure out which is the front on the sling. I made a mark on mine so know now which is front. Waking up with headaches due to sleeping with head in a funky position, this is awesome. Nothing else out there except the chiropractor can relieve pressure off my neck like this product can. It is from China, the directions are vague but I got it to work in minutes.

This item was recommended by my doctor because i have such tightness in my neck from past injuries. It does help by stretching out my neck to feel better.

I bought this a few mos ago because of the reviews, and my husband was having serious neck pain. He had a c-spine fusion a few years ago, and had slept wrong. But, he hasn't needed it until now. He has used it twice, and reports that it is better than when he went to PT in the past. Great product! And about the person that said it fell on his head--it needs to be tightened very well to the top of the door, and it will work fine!

I absolutely love this gadget and I wish I would have invented it!
