It prevents me from bending my thumb where the pain is the worst. Overall very pleased.

I bought this for swimming after having had thumb surgery a couple months ago. It does protect my hand in the pool.

This is perfect size to immobilize thumb & still allow you to be able to use your hand! This brace keeps the joint immobile, yet I can still use my thumb - perfect situation! It is rigid plastic & has air vents so your hand doesn't sweat. I am even able to wash my hand without getting the brace wet.

Awesome! Prevents reinjury and is breathable and easily washable! I can still use my hand with very little restriction. Comfortable.

This brace provides stability to the CMC thumb joint so it reduces pain associated with my arthritis. The Velcro is also very sturdy unlike the brace I re evidence from the doctor. I definitely recommend this product.
