a)   Rental per day charges is HK$320

b)   Transportation and commissioning charges (Two-Way) is HK$480.00

e)   A rental contract will be issued and initial 14 days rental, transportation & commissioning charges including the deposit will be collected on day of commissioning.

Rental Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection will not incur any cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the first month’s rental charge or S$60.00 (whichever is higher) to cover the administrative and logistic costs.

• Cancellations made on the same day or within 1 hour of delivery will be non-refundable.

  The cancellation policy only applies before the rental period begins.
  Once the rental has started, cancellation is not allowed, and the minimum rental period is 14 days.

  Early Termination Policy

  If the customer chooses to terminate the rental contract before the agreed rental period ends, the following conditions will apply:

  1. No Refund of Paid Rental Fees

     • Rental fees already paid are non-refundable, regardless of the actual usage period.

  2. Return of Equipment

     • The customer must return the equipment in good working condition along with all accessories and packaging.

  3. Notice Requirement

     • The customer must provide at least 3 working days’ notice before the intended return date.

  4. Collection or Return Arrangement

     The customer may return the equipment to our office or request collection. Please note that the delivery fee covers both the delivery and the demonstration of how to use the equipment.
     If the customer chooses to handle the return or collection by themselves, the delivery fee will still apply and is non-refundable.

  5. Deposit Refund

     • The refundable deposit, if applicable, will be processed after inspection of the returned equipment, provided it is returned in good condition

       The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the equipment is returned.

Great functionality, including programming:
The Kinetec Spectra™ offers a full range of movement options and controls, set by using the handset. Alongside your standard controls, this CPM offers additional functionality such as warm-up function, 20 pre-set programmes, session timing and ROM by-pass. Using a USB accessory and software, this option can also be used to capture individual patient session information..

Movements and controls available:
The following elements can be set and controlled via the handset - extension and flexion limits, speed, resistive force, timer and pause in extension and flexion. The hand control has clear start and stop buttons. The handset is also be used for selecting pre-set programmes, warm-up function, ROM bypass and session timing.

Patient safety:
The handset can be easily locked to prevent alteration of the parameters by patients whilst in use.

Outstanding range of motion:
This CPM provides a wide range of motion from -10 of hyperextension to 120 degrees of flexion allows treatment of most knee & hip pathologies.

Evolution compliant:
The Spectra Essential can be upgraded to the new Kompanion.

PU leg supports:

This version of the Spectra is supplied with PU pads that can be wipe-cleaned between patients using standard hospital anti-bacterial wipes. The pads should be wiped between patients. (Supplied with thigh, calf and foot support).

Accessories:

Accessories include Data Capture software to record patient information and progress, a seat adaptor to use it in seated position, a trolley and paediatric footplate (to allow for shorter legs). Single-use, disposable pads are also available for this CPM.

租賃條款及細則如下：

a) 每日租金為 HK$320

b) 運輸及安裝調試費（來回）為 HK$480.00

c) 最低租期為 14 天

d) 必須繳付按金 HK$8000.00（設備歸還後可退還）

e) 將發出租賃合約，並於安裝當日收取首 14 天租金、運輸及安裝調試費，以及按金。

f) 所有報價均未包含 GST。

g) 只接受提前一星期預約，請於所需日期前最少一星期預訂。

租賃取消政策

• 於預定送貨或取貨時間前至少 24 小時取消，毋須支付取消費。

• 於預定送貨或取貨時間前少於 24 小時取消，將收取首月租金 50% 或 S$60.00（以較高者為準）作為取消費，以支付行政及物流成本。

• 於當日取消或於送貨前 1 小時內取消，已繳費用恕不退還。

• 取消政策僅適用於租期開始前。一旦租期開始，不可取消，且最低租期為 14 天。

提前終止政策

如客戶於約定租期屆滿前終止租賃合約，將適用以下條款：

1. 已繳租金不予退還
無論實際使用時間長短，已支付之租金恕不退還。

2. 設備歸還
客戶必須將設備連同所有配件及包裝完整歸還，並確保設備狀況良好。

3. 通知要求
客戶須於預定歸還日前最少 3 個工作天通知。

4. 取件或歸還安排
客戶可自行將設備送回本公司辦公室，或要求本公司安排上門回收。
請注意，運輸費已包含送貨及使用示範。如客戶選擇自行安排歸還或回收，運輸費仍然適用且不設退還。

5. 按金退還
如設備經檢查後確認狀況良好，將安排退還可退按金。
按金將於設備歸還後兩星期內退還。
