ARAT（動作研究上肢測試）是一種評估工具，用於測量因大腦皮質損傷導致偏癱的個體在肢體功能上的特定變化。這項極具可靠性與效度的測試由 Ronald Lyle 於 1981 年開發。
該測試評估受測者處理不同大小、重量和形狀物體的能力，因此可被視為一種專門衡量上肢活動受限程度的測量工具 (Platz, Pinkowski, Kim, di Bella, & Johnson, 2005)。
客觀且可靠
ARAT 由 19 個測試項目組成，分為四個子測試：抓握（grasp）、握力（grip）、捏合（pinch）和整體運動（gross movement）。所有項目均採用 4 級等級評分制，範圍從 0 分（無法移動）至 3 分（能正常執行該任務）。每個子測試的分數取決於該部分完成的項目數量。
ARAT 的總分範圍為 0 至 57 分，分數越高代表上肢功能表現越好。為了方便評分，測試設有時間限制 (Yozbatiran et al., 2008)。
