The Two-Tiered Horizontal Bolt Board helps with fingers strength, dexterity, and hand strength. This mobility aid trainer includes bolts in various sizes, ranging from coarse to fine as well as nuts or washers, so you can find the exercise best suited to you. The felt-covered bottom prevents any damage to the surface it's placed on, whilst you’re exercising. It is a great tool for strengthening your fingers and hands.

Item Description: High-quality lacquered wood with felt-covered bottom to prevent surface mar.

Bolts progress from 1/4" to 1/2", OR 0.6 cm (0.25 inches) to 1.3 cm (0.5 inch), with assorted nuts, bolts and washers.

Bolt threads range from course to fine. Board is 11-1/2"L x 7-3/4"W x 4"H. Latex free.

Care and Cleaning:

Two-Tiered Horizontal Bolt Board can be wiped clean with a mild detergent – no bleach, no heavy duty cleaning

products - to clean. Do not submerge in water. Dry with soft cloth.

• Start with smallest bolts and screw on nuts and washers to increase range of motion and restore hand,

wrist, and forearm use

• Gradually progress to larger bolts to facilitate adapted task performance
