When to Wear

Day: Wear the WriStable Wrist Brace as desired or needed, without limitations. If you experience wrist pain during specific activities like push-ups or gymnastics, simply don the brace during those particular endeavors for targeted relief and support.

Night: Avoid wearing the brace while sleeping. If your wrist requires support overnight, opt for a wrist immobilization brace instead.

佩戴時間建議

日間： 可依需要或個人喜好於日間佩戴，沒有特別限制。若在進行伏地挺身、體操等活動時出現手腕疼痛，可在進行該活動時佩戴護具，以獲得針對性的支撐與舒緩。

夜間： 不建議在睡眠時佩戴。如需夜間支撐，建議使用手腕固定型護具（wrist immobilization brace）。
